Abide Yoga is hosting a Blended RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training at Abide Yoga Collective. Training will be lead by International Teachers C. Taylor Ring and Kelle Jo with other staff TBA. Abide Yoga is an RYS-200 through Yoga Alliance.

We offer 4 options for payment

$2600 For Full RYT- 200

Pay as you go in 25 Hour- $400

50 Hour- $775

100 Hour-$1400

-Traditional Sun Salutations A and B w/ Sanskrit counts

 

-Students will have overview of the full sequence but emphasis will be on postures that are accessible to their body

 

 

Bikram and Iyengar methods (Static Postures)

 

-26+2 Bikram sequence

 

-15 Iyengar Postures

 

-15 older lineage postures (Ghosh, Krishnamacharya, etc)

 

-The pros/cons of holding vs movement

 

 

Tantra (methodology)

 

-The Four Desires

 

-Sankalpa

 

-Vikalpa

 

-Dharma Code

 

Pranayama/Meditation

 

-Kumbhaka (breath retention)

 

-Alternate nostril breathing

 

-Krya (cleansing practices)

 

-The role of breath on the autonomic nervous system

-Traditional Zen Buddhist Meditations

 

-Walking meditations

Yoga Specific Anatomy
